Poppodopolis was started in 2021 by Poppy as an Etsy store, selling stickers and prints. She branched out to suncatchers, and soon wanted a website of her own that she could customise, and list as many items as she wanted on without having to pay listing fees.
We created Poppodopolis, a Shopify website based on ‘Dawn’, one of the default themes.
Poppy had some areas that she’s wanted changing through the years since it’s launched:
- The inclusion of some custom, less intrusive quick-add buttons.
- Some ‘additional detail’ blocks she could place onto images.
- Custom backgrounds for her home screen.
- Additional detail blocks for specific products.
- A subscription service.
- Free shipping trackers.
- A loyalty program.
- Digital downloads.
- Region specific content and products.
Quite the array, right? However, this should make it a bit less daunting:
Green: Pre-existing, free app
Orange: One-time code change
Red: Specific development was required to create and implement this

So, you never know how easy it might be for you to implement your dreams – get in touch to find out how I can help with yours!
If I were to help you with a complete website, it could be a one time cost, or we can discuss an ongoing support payment so I’m there to make any changes you need, when you need them. Most people stick with the one-off cost, and we can discuss any changes needed down the line as you and your business evolve!
